The harvesting is done by hand, and the grapes are transported in small bins, and selected on a double sorting table. The vinification method is traditional, and the wine is aged in first-fill French oak barrels for 12 months. Savoury and spiced lingering attractive nose, with hints of redcurrants and raspberry. Palate is well balanced with good acidity.
