This is the new way to enjoy plum liqueur.
The umeshu matured in casks at Yamazaki Distillery, the birthplace of Japanese whisky, is blended with a hint of brandy for a rich flavor with 20% ABV. This is the product of Suntory’s generations of Western spirit-making skills and blending techniques. We suggest a soda mixture of one part umeshu to two parts soda water. It fills the palate with a rich and lingering flavor.
